In the middle of the yellow leaves season we are excited to announce the annual grand release of Webix. In version 8.0 you can find new complex widgets for planning and scheduling: Scheduler and Gantt. Also, the release includes updates for Spreadsheet, horizontal Timeline, new controls for time and color selection, dynamic tooltips and enhanced Datatable performance.

The company was established in 2007 and since that time they have become experts in digital construction of building materials and procurement rules. Quite often programmers face the necessity to filter large datasets by various periods of time whether it is a decade, year or a custom period. A vivid example here would probably be Webix Inventory App where we implemented such a solution with the help of the DateRangePicker and Richselect components. So in this tutorial we are going to build a control that will help you to filter multi-page data by certain date intervals.
Webix offers several ways for editing tabular data of various types. Most common practices to do it is via built-in Datatable editors or with the help of a standalone Webix Form. But the question remains – how to put it all together to deliver good UI and UX to users?
