Meet Webix 7.0 and brand new tools for learning and prototyping. The library now includes a new widget for creating timelines, disabled options for controls and lists and a new autocomplete functionality for text inputs.

We have also released handy tools for our users: UI Designer for low-code UI prototyping and new Webix Tutorials for beginners. Dive in for details.

Working with dependent data sources with Webix Datatable became more convenient with Webix 6.3+. You can use options to connect several data sources and set dropdown lists for editors and filters. I will share with you the tweaks and benefits that might not seem obvious from first glance.

Today we are happy to introduce Webix 6.4. We dedicated this release to stabilizing the library itself and its integration with backend platforms. Alongside the long list of fixes, the new version includes the support of Amazon S3 for File Manager, .NET backend examples for Webix widgets, and the updated WJet CLI tool for quick prototyping of Webix Jet apps. Hi everyone! Today I suggest you dive into 6.3 updates and have a closer look at the buttons.

Starting from the new version you can easily tune the look and feel of your buttons thanks to the optimized settings. However, we couldn’t avoid some breaking changes, but still, you can easily integrate new buttons into your application by following this guide. Let’s start!

The opener of our new article series is an interview with one of the Webix users, a programmer Valeriy Kuznetsov. He develops digital solutions for both leading agricultural companies and small enterprises.

Webix allowed Valeriy to create an effective cloud tool for software development within a short time. The system is called WizXpert. This solution combines back-end, front-end, and hybrid mobile app development. The system’s interface is Webix-based.
